Seeing a device running in a department that looks like yours does more to build confidence than any spec sheet.
The people behind the technology. Conversations with the team on why UV-C was built the way it was, what drove specific design decisions, and how clinical partners shaped the product along the way.
Answers to the questions your peers are already asking. Line-of-sight and shadowing, compatibility with specific probe models, how traceability actually gets logged, the channel tackles the same objections and questions that come up in procurement conversations, but with a camera pointed at the answer instead of a paragraph explaining it.
Why this matters
Audit-readiness and traceability are the things that are hardest to picture in writing. A short clip showing a device log being pulled up on demand, or a full cycle completing start to finish, does more to make MDR/CE-compliant workflows feel concrete than another paragraph of documentation ever could. If you're the person who has to bring this technology into your department, or justify it to the people who sign off on it, seeing it run is often the thing that moves a decision forward.
